My friend called me last week and asked if we wanted to go to the zoo. We jumped at the chance because I am trying to get in a bunch of times before my pass expires (didn't really get the use out of the pass this time!)
The weather has been so nice though and it was so nice to get outside for a while. We had so much fun and so many of the animals were out and it was not very crowded. Carson was very disappointed that he could not see the crocodiles. They are re-doing their habitat so they had it all closed off. He keeps saying over and over, "We didn't get to see the crocodiles, they are fixing their water."
Brynnley loved it as well. She loved the giraffes best, she just kept pointing at them and then looking at me to make sure I saw them too!

That looks so fun! We need to make a trip up to the zoo!
I love the zoo. We went to the Denver Zoo a few months ago and it was so much fun. Not too expensive and you can spend a whole day there!
Sure wish they were here in Africa with us to see them in the wild! We saw monkeys coming in the window of the church during their welfare meeting. No tigers here and we did see crocodiles on our Safari Walk.
