Mickey's Trick or Treat

We decided to do the Trick or Treat with Mickey at the park on Monday night. We were all a little skeptical going in, because it cost a lot of extra money. But I think we would all agree it was well worth it! All the kids wore their Halloween costumes (minus the babies, who had matching Halloween shirts). The adults had matching Halloween shirts as well, aren't we festive!

They had numerous trick or treat stations through out the park. They DUMPED out the candy for the kids. Tons of candy and we didn't even get to very many of the trick or treat stations. Most of the rides were open too with short lines because only those who were doing the trick or treat with Mickey were still allowed in the park.

I would have to say one of the biggest hits of the night was the dance party they had set up with Buzz lightyear. We got out of one of the rides and headed over to meet everyone else and we joined right in with the dance party. EVERYONE, young and old, rhythm and no rhythm had a blast! I got some crazy fun videos as well, but alas I can't get them to upload. It was a lot of fun and very memorable.

Except for the major viewing of the Halloween parade snafu it was a fabulous night. (Tried to meet everyone else for the parade and got cut off. Went running through the park with two kids who ended up crying because we were trying to go so fast, it was dark, and they thought we were never going to see Grandma and Grandpa again.)

We had so much fun getting all dressed up, going trick or treating and having a rocking good time!
