Birthday dinner and presents

So we celebrate Birthday's usually over the course of a few days. I love to make the kids feel special and fit lots and lots of fun Birthday stuff in. So the night before Carson's birthday we had his birthday dinner. I always let them choose what they want for this dinner. Carson chose Crepes! A true crepe lover after my own heart. So we had crepes with lots and lots of fruit and sausage and bacon. Yum!
After dinner we went ahead and opened presents since we had a very busy day the next day. Carson of course got lots and lots of fun stuff. Grandma and Grandpa Ford got him 2 new golf clubs, a golf glove, and a Yoda golf club head cover.
Great Grandpa Hubbard got Carson the Captain Hook and Peter Pan Disney Vinylmation figures. He has been collecting them for a few months.
Love this picture! Brynn is the best reactionary ever for presents! This is Carson opening his present from Brynn, a Slushy magic maker. Yes they love it!

McKay got Carson a golf hat. We got Carson a Wii game, a wallet, some new BYU headphones, and his big present was a putting green to practice on and play with outside.
He loved all of his presents and couldn't wait to play with all of them. After dinner Carson requested Ice cream Sundaes. He wanted to have his own Orange Leaf ( A self serve yogurt place near us). So we had lots of different ice cream, toppings, and candy for everyone to choose from. I think putting the toppings on is half the fun, they never eat more than half of it.

You are such a good birthday, Mom! So much fun for everyone! I do love Brynn's reaction to Carson's gift. What a fun family time! That's what it's all about!
