McKay 15 months

McKay is 15 months old! When did my baby get so big? I know we all say that, but it seems like with the third child our lives are going at mach speed.
We are so lucky to have McKay in our lives. He is such and easy going baby. He still is very mellow. He is starting to get some stranger and new place anxiety, but I'm sure it will pass it not too long. We went to Kyle's parents house for Easter dinner and McKay just burst into tears when he saw someone new he didn't know.
We are so proud of him. He is doing incredibly well. I am so happy that he is progressing so well right now. He can now sit by himself completely unassisted and I don't worry about him falling over (well not all the time). Just this week he figured out how to get himself out of sitting down to his tummy. It's not the most conventional way, but it works for him. I don't know that I will ever be able to get him to sit for very long anymore, he prefers to be on the ground rolling around.
He has also started to do a small army crawl. He can pull him self with his arms a little ways. He also has figured out how to really gets where he wants between rolling and army crawling. He is officially a mover!
He also has started to sit in his bath seat. Before it was too hard for him to sit in there or he got too tired. But he is now a big boy sitting up in the tub. He loves it! He just sits there and kicks his feet the whole time.
He is getting better at pulling himself up to stand with assistance. He still can't stand against something on his feet for very long. But I know he will build up endurance soon.
His favorite things:
Favorite thing to do: Roll around, especially to his books. He loves to pull out as many books as he can and look at them. He can lift the flaps now and turn the pages with help.
Favorite food: Nutrigrain bars, pirates booty, any thing mashed (still mostly on a baby food diet, working on it)
Favorite things: playing with his brother, laughing with his sister, his bottle of milk, his mom (He is a major Mommy's boy), and giving big slobbery kisses.

His doctor's appointment went very well. He said he is exceeding some expectations, and he has some things that he really needs to work on. But our doctor was very happy with the progress he is making, especially physically. He said he felt like his low tone was a little better. McKay also stood up for him (Dr. held him), but was bearing all of his weight on his legs. The doctor said we really don't need to worry as much as we were about him not walking. He said he thinks for sure he should walk!
