We love when Grandma and Grandpa Randall are home from their mission's! They have such a beautiful house out in the country and there are so many fun things to do there! My kids love going to their house! They ask over and over when we are going and when we get to go stay overnight there!
We try and cram as many fun activities in while we are there, and still leave plenty of time to just play and explore!
We always hit the Fairview park, it is one of my kids favorites. I am always amazed at what a nice park it is for such a small town!
My best friend from High School lives not too far from my parents so we always try to get together when I go down there. We met them in Mt. Pleasant for snow cones and ice cream. Of course our kids hit it right off and had a lot of fun playing together while we chatted!
We take lots of trips to the pool. My kids love it and it usually is not very crowded. Carson and Brynn love the diving board.
Carson also went golfing with Grandpa. Some of the other kids rode in the cart and watched. Carson loves having another reason to play golf and loves being able to play with Grandpa Randall. We also always head to the tennis courts to play tennis. My kids love it! I guess I should look into tennis lesson's one of these years. McKay was pretty content to head to the tennis courts and throw the tennis balls for a while.
It was a lot of fun to go down with my sister Michelle this time as well. Her son Marcus loved playing with Carson and Brynn and I think they enjoyed having someone else to play with too. It was fun to have some time with my sister and my mom and have the evenings to visit and watch movies (We watched Les Miserable', ahhh it is so good)!
We love going down to Fairview! Hopefully we will be down there a lot this summer!
