We had some extra time before the game started so we took the kids to the park they have at the stadium. I was so impressed with such a nice park and bouncy houses! The kids loved it and got a lot of their energy out. We decided to not sit in the seats we bought, they were close but in the sun. Carson kept saying his eyes hurt trying to look at the baseball guys. So we went and sat up above and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and were in the shade. They would switch between sitting down lower with us and going up on the very top row. Carson and Cohen always got very excited when they hit the ball as well. One of Carson's favorite parts was the "cheerio" (that was he calls a churro) and the snow cone.
Brynnley just wanted to go where all the big kids went so she spent most of her time on the stairs trying to get up and down. Her favorite part was the snow cone and sneaking drinks of Daddy's diet coke. She also loved the Bee's mascot, she spotted him anywhere in the stadium and would point and yell!We had a lot of fun and Carson liked it more than I thought. Next time I think we'll send the boys!

There's nothing more American than baseball and Mom's apple pie. The apple pie will have to wait for later, but it was so much fun to see your family enjoying the "great American pastime." Thank the Fountaines for being good friends, too!
We do need to do it again and hopefully they have one that will start a little earlier!
