Preschool Potions

In an effort to do something fun.... we had a morning that we did "Preschool Potions". I got the idea here.

(*Thanks to everyone who put in some great ideas and comments to keep us occupied. We have already tried a few of them!)

The first thing we tried was bubble art. You color bubble solution, blow lots of bubbles and then put a paper on it. It didn't work super well to get the color's on the paper. But the kids loved blowing as many bubbles as possible. It was fun to make colored bubbles as well.

Next we made some gak. Brynn wanted nothing to do with it. Carson thought it was pretty fun, but was ready to move onto the next thing after a couple of minutes.Next we mixed colors in water to see what color mixing would do. The kids loved mixing all the colors together.

We saved the best for last and did mini volcano's in a cup. The kids of course loved every minute of it. We also tried dying the vinegar to make colored volcanoes. They liked it the best when they would overflow out of the cup.It was a fun morning and it kept us occupied for a little bit. If you are ever needing ideas, definitely check out the family fun website!

Hooray for great mom ideas (and for the moms who do the work to make them happen)!
